Component Network over IP (CN/IP) - Channel List Request(REQ-CM)

Component Network over IP (CN/IP) is defined in standard EIA/CEA-852. It is used to transport component network frames such as LON over UDP or TCP. This protocol is used to detect messages when the device requests a CM from the CS.
